My light at the top used to light green when I get a whatsapp message and a blue light when I get any other notification I recently factory rested my phone and now the lights don't flash for none of my message, can this be fixed?

BLU energy x plus: Text Messanger App will not display text messages or contacts

My mom's phone randomly decided it had enough messaging. She has been using the default messanging app as that one allows her to use group messaging. The app of choice is not letting her access her messages. They still exist based on a diffierent app. Please help.

Ps. Also apprentently it doesnt do wifi passwords.

The question I have is how do I free up internal memory space on my BLU Energy X Plus 2 internal storage? Seems Google has loaded the phone up with many apps, several I would never use. I've tried uninstalling them and the screen says they're disabled but that doesn't free up any space. I'm thinking this might not be a phone issue but one the carrier, Consumer Cellular, might be of help but I wanted to see if any members here had an opinion on this issue.

I've hunted across many internet sites and YouTube for suggestion but to no avail. Thought I'd try that first so I wouldn't become a nuisance on this site but here I am anyway.

Any suggestions on how this might be accomplished would be appreciated.

BLU energy x plus: Thansferring apps from phone memory to SD card

I want to download new Apps and transfer some Apps already in the phones memory to a SD card.

I have a BLU Energy X Plus 2 , When I connect to my lap tops USB port it will make a connection for charging only. If I put it on data transfer the connection is broken. The SD card has been formatted for phone storage but nothing can be transferred to the card and if I download a new App it defaults to the phones storage.

I really want to move some of the Apps stored on the phones memory to the SD card but something is giving me a fit and I don't know why it isn't working like many of the YouTube tutorials show.

The manual for the phone says the largest SD card it will take is a 64GB, no explanation why it can't use a 128GB, so that is what I have installed.

Anyway, if someone can get meon the right path I sure would appreciate it.

I can receive a message and I can reply to the message received, but if I try to originate a new message I get the message "sending disabled". Problem: I can't originate a new message.

The font is not solid black in most areas used within the phone!? The letters are white with black outlining and it's very hard on the eyes to see?! How do you charge the font style to solid Black Letters? Help!!
