I have a BLU dash x Plus and something has changed my home screen and all that the anti virus has found is something called" FotoProvida"i have found it in my phone under apps cleared cache ,then stopped process .and it comes right back .there is no deleting it . Once i do a factory reset after a few days in comes back !!!! But i think its coming back thru a backed up file that comes with a google ,this is a great feature saves me from entering passwords ,apps etc. IS it possible that this virus is coming back with this back up .?

The question I have is how do I free up internal memory space on my BLU Energy X Plus 2 internal storage? Seems Google has loaded the phone up with many apps, several I would never use. I've tried uninstalling them and the screen says they're disabled but that doesn't free up any space. I'm thinking this might not be a phone issue but one the carrier, Consumer Cellular, might be of help but I wanted to see if any members here had an opinion on this issue.

I've hunted across many internet sites and YouTube for suggestion but to no avail. Thought I'd try that first so I wouldn't become a nuisance on this site but here I am anyway.

Any suggestions on how this might be accomplished would be appreciated.

BLU energy x plus: Thansferring apps from phone memory to SD card

I want to download new Apps and transfer some Apps already in the phones memory to a SD card.

I have a BLU Energy X Plus 2 , When I connect to my lap tops USB port it will make a connection for charging only. If I put it on data transfer the connection is broken. The SD card has been formatted for phone storage but nothing can be transferred to the card and if I download a new App it defaults to the phones storage.

I really want to move some of the Apps stored on the phones memory to the SD card but something is giving me a fit and I don't know why it isn't working like many of the YouTube tutorials show.

The manual for the phone says the largest SD card it will take is a 64GB, no explanation why it can't use a 128GB, so that is what I have installed.

Anyway, if someone can get meon the right path I sure would appreciate it.

I turn on my phone and it will not boot up as it stay in white screen with the logo BLU display and it freeze then until here, it will not go to regular menu display to use the phone, I tried the power and volume + to hold till 10-15secs and tried to wipe cache and reboot but still the phone stay in white display with the BLU logo of the phone.

BLU energy x plus: LCD Touch screen responsive for 1 sec only after power depressed

BLU Energy X Plus LCD Touch screen is ONLY responsive for APPROXIMATELY 1 second once the power button is depressed from sleep mode or at power up, then is not responsive at all until process is repeated.

EFFORTS:

1- Tore it down then reassembled...

2- Drained battery to zero, disconnected battery, continued to depress power button to continue draining- did not work...

3- Taped down IC Chip to keep in place...

NOTE: Not sure why or if due to our efforts, but only ONCE, the touch screen was responsive for approximately a minute, and cannot duplicate this.

Please assist if possible; will order an LCD & Digitizer if cannot fix.
