BLU Vivo XL2: Why does my BLU vivo XL2 keep exiting applications?

My phone all of the sudden has started acting weird, with apps closing, pages turning, and the screen not responding to my touches but not crashing. Nothing has happened to it recently and has 0 damage to it. All of these lead to a possibly broken sensor, but I'm believing it has something to do with the software due to zero damage to the phone or anythign else and it just acts crazy.

BLU Vivo XL2: BLU Vivo XL2 shutting down with 98% battery life

I have the BLU Vivo XL2 for about 2 years now. About 2 months ago it started shutting down with 62% battery life remaining. I will attempt to do anything on the phone and it flashes the message Shutting down battery low. It starts shutting down then shows battery life at 0%. Now, all of a sudden it is doing that with 98% battery life. This is annoying as I was trying to reply to a text message and as soon as I touch any key it shuts down. Supposedly now they make these phone with non user replaceable batteries, which I think is totally wrong as you now can't have a backup spare as I do with the earlier Blu Vivo phone. What is the remedy? I am not one of these people that want to keep upgrading or changing phones. Just having a good phone that works and lasts for a good while would be nice. What is the solution to my phone issue?

After the latest update to 7.0, when I call someone, I cannot hear them but they can hear me. Also, before the update, I could watch videos on YouTube at 720p 60fps. After the update, my top quality is only 480p. Is this happening for anyone else?

after factory reset, blu is everything ok but when i dial imei says invalid. i tried everything online even chamelephon and still getting invalid imeis. What happens is that i write oriiginal imeis in chamelephon and apply them.. after rebooting i-m in the same place with the same problem...

also i saw a solution in mtk engineering mode app but it-s missing the cds information and cant write imeis. i tried sn writer following all steps, neither..

so many problems with imei. only way i can change imei in chamelephon is random and apply them and rebooting. but when it generates random number after rebooting i have symbols letters and numbers in my imeis.. so dont understand what this app is doing..

i checked and sim works perfect in other device... is a problem of blu build for this phone.. they dont share the answer..

i tried to install nougat thinking it s a marshmallow problem.. cant get nougat in this phone.

rf test fails but it s a test saying the same im telling you (when i enter in factory mode)..

i tried many many things. and this phone has many many problems, poor support poor community support. official support sucks. because of the price of the phone..

so, cheap cost expensive along the way..

i can rooted and installed twrp but dont know where or how to fix the calls and receive problem.. as if the phone is blocked because of the imei??

but when i random imeis it happens the same.. and sims get cellular network disconnected.. too much $@$* around.

also try an option to stay data cellular always active in developer mode but i think that work 1 time and then dont know what happen but $@$* happen again..

if anyone can help me would be great. i tried so many things many days and i m really tired of this non sense and no solution wheel.

BLU Vivo XL2: My phone won't turn on and vibrates while charging!

My phone was stuck in boot loop for a while, so I just let it sit and charge overnight. When I checked it in the morning, the screen was black and wouldn’t turned on. It appeared that it hadn’t charged at all. Right now, when I plug in my phone, the screen stays black and it just vibrates every few seconds over and over, but it doesn’t turn on or show any indication of charging (neither on the LED light nor the screen). I’ve tried resetting the phone with the volume and power buttons, but the screen doesn’t even respond to these buttons.

My battery is not removable.

Please help, and thank you.

BLU Vivo XL2: Why is the camera on my BLU Vivo XL2 stuck in the selfie mode?

I dropped my phone last week and cracked the screen. I could still use the camera with either the front-facing or back camera and the torch light still worked. I then took the phone to a repair shop for a new screen; I got it back yesterday. Today, when I tried to use the camera to take some pictures, I noticed it was stuck in the selfie mode; the icon to toggle front-back cameras somehow got disabled. I also noticed the torch couldn’t turn on. So, I lost my back camera, which is the main one, and the torch light. I researched online and followed some instructions such as clearing the data and cache before rebooting; that failed. Anyone out there has any hack that I can use to get those functions back? I greatly appreciate.
