<title><![CDATA[Blu vivo 5: Where did my call log and messages go?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>So I have all of my contacts but all of my messages and call logs disappeared. When I go to my settings it says I have all of my messages but when I open the app or hangouts I have zero threads.  It will also notify me when I have a new text message but I cannot see said text anywhere.  I tried resetting my messaging settings and it didn't work.  I'm incredibly confused.  Help?</p>

<title><![CDATA[blu vivo 5: Vibrate to confim connection but wont charge]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>i got a brand new Blu Vivo 5 phone couple weeks ago as a gift and it was fine. last night i was using it and it had to charge i connected it to my laptop and it was charging then suddenly it just shut off and wont charge. it keeps telling me power is low and it just wont charge whenever i connect it to my laptop i would hear when it connects then disconnects if i use the wall adapter to charge it the phone would vibrate but then not charge and i dont know whats wrong. i really need this phone cause its my primary phone so any answers that can help would be fine.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Vivo 5: My Blu Vivo 5 wont turn on]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I charge my phone sometimes using the laptop. i always wait until the battery is at 10% before i recharge it. last night if forgot to put it on charge so it completely died and now it wont turn back on after plugging it in the charger nor am i seeing the blue charge light that always show up. the phone vibrates when i plug the charger in and the screen lights up for a while showing the battery charge image and goes out again but the little blue charge light does not come as it always does while charging. left it plugged in all day but still no luck in getting the phone to turn on again. any advice??</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu vivo 5: Black screen on Blu Vivo 5]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Just recently purchased a new Vivo 5. had it in my pocket and it fell to the floor roughly 2 feet. Screen is now black but it turns on. Very disappointed as i had only been running it for a few hours. Not a very robust phone compared to my BB Priv. Will it need to be fixed or will i be able to recover it enough to make it usable?</p>

<title><![CDATA[BLU Vivo 5: Warranty issues, customer service issues]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My phone stopped charging after 2 months. Customer service tells me I have to send phone first and then they will send me replacement devise? Where is the logic here? Usually it take at least a week with shipment back and forth. How I suppose to be without phone if I use it for work? Who is in now world can stay for a week without a phone?</p>

<p>If I wait for a week, then I will have to find a replacement phone somewhere myself.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Since my phone updated around January 19, 2018, my alarm has gone off 4 minutes late on more than one occasion. This would not be a big deal except that it is unpredictable and affects my &quot;get up for work&quot; alarm throwing my whole morning routine into chaos. <title><![CDATA[BLU Vivo 5: Why is there no gallery app on BLU phones?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I just got a BLU G5 smartphone a few days ago, and then today I just finished setting up my next phone, a BLU V70 (it wasn’t on the list of devices, so the question says Vivo 5 instead). Neither phone has a Gallery app installed, like every other unlocked android phone I’ve ever owned does. Instead, there is only Google Photos pre-installed; do they want you to use this as your default gallery app instead of an actual gallery app? Is there any way to get a default android gallery app that doesn’t automatically sync to the cloud? For the G5, I just installed a gallery app from the Play Store, but it’s annoying and has ads.<br /></p>

<title><![CDATA[BLU Vivo 5: Charging Port Not Working]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>So my device is most likely water damaged but is not showing to many signs of it being water damaged. My phone  started to charge slower everyday and I do not know if it is the cheap charger being junk or the charging port is fried. The device will run normally and last normally under a full charge but takes 7 hours to get a complete charge. Is there a way for myself to find out what the true issue is without buying a cord to test my theory or pay a repair shop to diagnose my phone?</p>
