why is the screen is not working when the device is on ?

there are many reasons that the screen would not work when the device is on. but, before let us list some causes that might lead to this effect. The first one, it could be due to the device fall down on the flower. Second, there might some water came on the phone.

the is keyboard hanging or is feels so heavy? if you press any key on the phone and it is not responding in other word it is not appear on the screen. there might be some solutions that you can do before thinking to fix your device.

BLU Tank II: Calls will not go through

When I try to make a call, it shows that it is dialing, but then a "Failed" message comes up.

This is a new problem.

I am also wondering why the phone screen says "Emergency" at the top left corner.

Your suggestions would be very much appreciated.

CAN NOT FIND WHERE TO PUT SIM CARD, AFRAID MIGHT BREAK IT BLU TANK 2 Do I have to unscrew anything after taking back cover off and removing battery kmcsims@juno.com

The picture is ideal but I don’t have that, that is why I wondered if the small screws need to be removed to get to another part in the phone. Thank you

BLU Tank II: cannot hear the person on the other side/ nor hear ringing sound

Can you tell me how I can fix this problem? When I make a call I neither hear it ringing nor do I hear the connection. In addition, I cannot hear the persons on the other side of the line, whereas they hear me clearly. It also happens when I receiving a call. What can I do?
