Please I need help with my new phone G5plus which was sent to me from abroad (USA). The name is G5 plus ( Blu Studio Mega 2019) and it runs on android 9. I just feel depressed for over 5days now because I have tried everything possible. The issue is that my phone network is only showing 2g network. I even bought a new 4g Airtel Sim yet is still showing 2g network. But on puting the Sim card on my friends phone it will show 4g network. If I change my preferred network type to 3g/4g the network bars disappear entirely. But changing it to 2g/3g/4g the network appears back with a 2g network. Please what do I do, I am not really enjoying the phone cause of slow network. I am Nigeria.

BLU Studio G: Why is my Blu Studio G Plus screen not responding?

Though the screen is cracked it has been for the last few months and was working just fine. I’ve tried putting it in rice for a few hours and it was back to normal for about 5 minutes then stop responding, I’ve even used a low cool blow dryer on it which made it work as normal for about an hour and a half but once again stopped responding. The power and volume buttons still work though.

My phone had been saying many of the services has stopped working, so I rebooted and ever since it keeps rebooting and won't even get to the home page. Please I have only had this phone for 2 months I need to get it working again thanks.

My phone was perfectly fine when i closed the screen. Thirty minutes later I thought my phone had just died because it wouldn't turn on. So I charged it, but it still won't turn on. I'm also thinking it's not taking a charge.

Blu Studio G: SIM card stuck in Slot 1

I have a brand new Blu Studio G. I inserted the SIM card in Slot 1 too far -- there's just a little bit of it sticking out. Any tips on removing it safely?
