BLU Studio 7.0 II: Camera doesn't switch to rear camera

My option to switch the camera to the rear isn't there anymore and on snapchat when I try to switch it doesn't work. How do I fix the camera to where it will switch.

I haven't used this phone in months so don't remember sign in pattern, I used the information from internet that said to hold volume down and power button now I'm stuck in a place that has Version, Test Pass ,Test Fail, and goes through every system on the phone repeatedly. How can I get out of this and to a clean screen without the pattern?

My phones power button broke and I had downloaded an app to where I can unlock the screen without it but here recently the phone has been shutting off randomly before it broke and now its turned off with it broke and I can't get it to turn back on. If I plug it in to the charger it shows it charging and the Blu screen and I've held down the volume button and that test thing pops up and I don't know how to get off it.

I was stupid and didn’t document opening the screws (4 same size, one shorter). There is also a small metal clip-like piece that I’m not sure where that goes but it also screws in. Any help is deeply appreciated.
