BLU Studio 7.0 II: Camera doesn't switch to rear camera

My option to switch the camera to the rear isn't there anymore and on snapchat when I try to switch it doesn't work. How do I fix the camera to where it will switch.

My phones power button broke and I had downloaded an app to where I can unlock the screen without it but here recently the phone has been shutting off randomly before it broke and now its turned off with it broke and I can't get it to turn back on. If I plug it in to the charger it shows it charging and the Blu screen and I've held down the volume button and that test thing pops up and I don't know how to get off it.

I was stupid and didn’t document opening the screws (4 same size, one shorter). There is also a small metal clip-like piece that I’m not sure where that goes but it also screws in. Any help is deeply appreciated.

it seems as if my charging port has quit working. when the problem first appeared the phone had to sit just a certain way to charge now it will not charge at all. is this able to be fixed?

When I first got the phone I connected my moms hotspot rto it to west it up. Worked does 2 days now IT won't connect at all and the hotspot is saved as a network.

Also why is it so slow.. Half the time I can't make calls I'm not getting all of my messages can't go on the play store and I've updated my apps plenty of times and don't even get to use them... Why?... Please help
