The device under this is incorrect. I purchased a BLU Studio X in the month August from Amazon. It is quite buggy, but my main concern is that headphones do not show up when I plug them in most of the time, and when they do work, they only work for a short time and then the issue returns. Sound plays through the speakers, and there is no notification that shows up signaling a headphones input.

And now it's stuck on the screen that says Blu and will not go any further. It does go into the screen to reset when I turn it on holding down the power & volume buttons. But it never resets, it just starts up & stays on that same Blu screen. Doesn't loop, just stays there.

I've taken screen shots that might make more since but I can't add them!
