the phone mute is stuck on, ie there is a angle line drawn thru the microphone icon and of course my called end can't hear me. tapping the microphone icon does nothing. My blue tooth head piece works fine.

this happens even tho phone volume is turned up all the way and the blue tooth is shut off

if the microphone is broken this will be my 3rd messed up blu phone. I guess they can't deliver the quality needed at the very low price they charge for the feature rich phone.

I have a BLU 5.0 Mega that I am trying to pair with my Jabra Step. It finds the step, but when it tries to pair I get a message saying it can't connect because of an incorrect pin / passkey, but I don't see where I can enter a passkey.

Restored to factory default and wiped partition and everything still crashing won't install update when I try to download it. After download it reboots and goes into recovery mode and and says it failed please help

1. Phone suddenly starts to overheat.

2. 1 SIM card stops working in it (works in another phone)

3. Other SIM card works/detected but says: "DIALLING" until it "timed out" or eventually goes through.

4. Battery then goes bad and swells.

5. Same problem even when battery replaced, it just drain the battery to nothing - literally!

BLU Studio 5.0 II: Why is it that sometimes my calls do not go through?

Many times I make calls and they do not go through - it gets stuck on "Dialing" until it drops the call. Sometimes the go through. the other phone (not BLU) works perfectly with the same GSM in the same area. Same problem when I use 1 SIM card. Same problem when I did a factory reset. Just using 1 SIM since. Also gets constant message: "No SIM card detected". Now thinking of a Flash.

Recently bought a Blu Studio 5.0 II and it has stop working, it is not booting pass the splash screen. Prior to that it would tell me that I cannot access nothing on my phone (eg. emails, messages, making calls, whatsapp or any of the other applications) Now it closed down and not coming on pass the blu sign in page. How can I fix this?
