BLU Studio 5.0 C: Phone Wouldn't turn on please HELP

So , my phone just cut out the other day , it wouldn't charge or turn on . When I try to do the Hard Reset it comes up but when I press the volume down or up . It blanks out in my face all of the time . If you can help me please do ..What do I need ? a new battery ??

My BLU Studio 5.0 C won't turn on, I've tried taking the battery out & putting it back in, taking the sim & the memory card out and trying to turn it on then but it won't work. It turns on but only gets as far as BLU, the start up screen, and won't go any further. Can someone suggest something that might help? I'm really stuck without a phone feels like I've lost a limb! Thank you.

I have went and bought a memory card and put in my phone and it shows there is plenty of memory on it but the phone will not allow me to download anything else from the play store... I have no apps at all but the Facebook and that's it... Tells me there is not enough storage space available to download any of the apps ... How do I fix it

I have had this phone for a week or so now and really like it. After downloading apps and putting on SD card I tried to organize my home screen with folders. Only problem is they disappear once I turn my phone off or restart my phone. Any suggestions as to why or what I can do to fix this problem?

Hi, I rooted my BLU Studio 5 and now it doesn't work .... I can only make phone calls. None of the apps work. I tried factory reset/reboot, with no success. I looked all around the net for Android 5, but I only found junk. How can I revive this phone? Where can I found genuine Android OS? Thanks for your help

BLU Studio 5.0 C: On, but only displays a black screen

Tried to turn on my phone because the screen was black. It "lights up" enough to tell the difference between locked and unlocked when you press the unlock button, but the screen won't display anything. However, the little green light flashes saying I have messages, and I can still change the volume. To turn it off though, I've had to just take out the battery. I've tried restarting it with and without the sim card, and I even charged the battery. When I called the phone, it acts like it's off, and it doesn't ring when it gets texts either. Any ideas? Or is this even worth the frustration?

My phone suddenly would not be reintialized. I did nothing t do any upload. I tried putting it on to get to the page where all the icons are displayed but it will not get beyond the screen with BLU. Later it came up with he message "unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped"

I dropped my phone in water. I riced it and it still rings if I receive a call but the screen does not display anything what can I do to fix it
