I have went and bought a memory card and put in my phone and it shows there is plenty of memory on it but the phone will not allow me to download anything else from the play store... I have no apps at all but the Facebook and that's it... Tells me there is not enough storage space available to download any of the apps ... How do I fix it

BLU Studio 5.0 C: Phone won't connect to a certain wifi, wifi is working

Straight from the beginning when I first opened the phone, my home wifi wouldn't connect. I've put in the right password several times and even double checked with my internet provider that it was right. The wifi at my house is working on my other devices: ipod, laptop, as well as my siblings' devices. Also, my phone connects easily with wifi at other locations. But at home, when it tries to connect on my phone, it says: Authenticating, Connecting, Saved, Authenticating, then Authentication problem. I've tried forgeting the network and re-inputing the info, but without succes. I've done a soft reset and a hard reset. Also, my phone is a Blu Studio C 5+5 LTE, but it wouldn't let me choose that one.

BLU Studio 5.0 C: WiFi not working- rarely connecting

The WiFi icon “says” it’s connected. The internet (WiFi) on this phone constantly disconnects or just doesn’t connect at all. Rarely do I get a full WiFi connection that last’s more than a minute. Need some help/ideas on how to fix this issue. Also, I’ve noticed there are, sometimes, icons within the WiFi icon. Now, I’m sure they are telling about a problem, but I have no idea what they may be trying to indicate. There’s something failing within the WiFi , but I haven’t been able to discern what that is. Hoping there’s someone that knows enough about the ‘mechanics” of the WiFi to lend a hand? It would be appreciated!!! [BLU Studio 5.0C HD~Kk 4.4.2/BLU_D535U_VO3_GENERIC]

My phone suddenly would not be reintialized. I did nothing t do any upload. I tried putting it on to get to the page where all the icons are displayed but it will not get beyond the screen with BLU. Later it came up with he message "unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped"

the phone starts to come on itt looks like says BLU then shuts back off. when i try to reset it it will pop up with an android guy with an exclamation mark. what do i do?

My BLU Studio 5.0 C won't turn on, I've tried taking the battery out & putting it back in, taking the sim & the memory card out and trying to turn it on then but it won't work. It turns on but only gets as far as BLU, the start up screen, and won't go any further. Can someone suggest something that might help? I'm really stuck without a phone feels like I've lost a limb! Thank you.

My boyfriend bought a Blu Studio XL and has been trying to download apps. He was able to get 1 or 2 apps but otherwise he gets a pop-up in the playstore saying he can't download it. We followed the troubleshooting and it wants him to go in and change the permissions on the playstore but we can't figure out how to..
