BLU Life X8: I cannot be heard during calls

Hey there. So for some reason my phone isn't picking up my voice on calls alone. The voice recorder picks it up fine, but during calls I can't be heard at all. I can hear the other party during the call just fine too.

How do I remove the broke piece of micro SD card still inside?

Second question is there a setting to control app permission to stop apps from having access to everything as the phone gets to hot to hold?

BLU Life X8: "My Launcher" launcher keeps crashing after 5 min of use!

I just bought Blu Life one X2 mini not Life x8 (bought it 6 hours from when posting this question via amazon) , and the stock "My Launcher" keeps keep crashing . I have installed nothing in it , didn't even put a sim card yet , Please Help!

BLU Life X8: My blue one life x2 camera not working right after the update

Whoever owes blu one life x2 cell phone might still remember the system update issue. I have to reset my phone and wiped out all the data. The phone is working but I just found out the weird thing about the camera. When you take the pictures, the light just spread and stretch to long rectangle shape. Hard to explain. But it's fine when you do selffi. Anyone has same issue and how you fix it. Thank you so much. I think it's caused by system update.
