purchased phone Aug 27, 2018, here it Dec 18, 2018 and the battery is not charging when battery warranty is almost up at 6 months

BLU Life One X2: Why is my phone not turning on after charging it to 100%?

So for some reason, my phone was being dumb and it thought that the power off button was the volume down button?? Though the volume down button turned the volume down, and volume up turned volume up, but the power button also turned the volume down. So I obviously couldn’t power it off with the power button, and it was already at 10%. So I thought, “Okay well last time I accidentally let it die, it restarted itself, so I’ll just do that.” So that’s exactly what I did. Let it charge to 100% for about an hour, and here I am trying to turn it on, and the phone will not come on at ALL. When I plug it in, the battery thing shows up with it being full and the 100% on top of it, but again, I try turning it on… nothing. Just a black screen. Help????

Every now and then, I turn on my BLU Life one x2 and my lock screen freezes, forcing me to turn off my phone and wait a few seconds until I can turn it on again. And even then sometimes it doesn't work. How can I fix this?

BLU Life One X2: Why doesn't my camera save photos and not take video anymore?

I have had it set to use SD Card as storage and it's worked in the past but now it won't let me take photos or video. Anyone have an idea of why? I also moved some other files (2 gifs and a png) moved to that folder once before, but now it won't let me delete or move them no matter what file manager app I use. Could those have caused it?

I set up the SD Card to be used as external storage instead of extra internal storage so I could move files from my phone to other things like my computer and flashdrive. Would this have something to do with this?

BLU Life One X2: Why is my phone volume lowering and raising?

My brothers phone volume has been lowering from the volume he has it set at for 5 seconds to a minute then raises back up. Other times it cuts out completely for a little bit. This happens with Bluetooth, wired headphones and the built in speaker. Because it’s happening with everything, would that be a software issue? I can’t figure out what could be causing this.

Unfortunately my phone feel and the screen scattered. It was still working ok until later in the day it just start restarting over and over again. I had the screen replaced. I tried a factory reset and it didn’t help. Anyone out there can help me sort this problem out?

I just need to purchase a replacement lens for a Blu Life One X2. All the answers I've seen so far are from 2010-2011, so couldn't be for this model as it wasn't made then. Seems to be a simple replacement process if I can just find that small, circular glass part. Blu doesn't answer inquiries for parts requests, evidently. Any suggestions?

I cannot receive my messages, it says cannot download. I've tried to shut down the phone and rebooting.
