Azpen A727: Tablet is not booting up

Hi, I bought a Azpen Tablet less than a week ago and started using it and the operating system is not booting. When the tablet turns on the the front screen keeps on rebooting and it prevents me from moving forward to the home screen. How can I fix this problem?

i bought the tablet in 2014 thr charger port got loose in 2016 and came out one of the pins broke off the outher one is stull attached i tryed to get it fixed before i was running all over different places in nyc they all said same thing theres no way to fix this so since it been 2 years sinced i tryed to fix it mabey theres a way to fix it now since its 2019 and now there's more technology

Azpen A727: Tablet responds to touch, but screen is black.

My Azpen tablet turns on, and if i tap the screen it will make sounds, the screen looks as if the tablet is off. Any ideas of what I can do to fix this?
