Awatch: Allcall W1/KW99 LCD + touchscreen replacement?

I have an Allcall W1 android watch (similar to a KW99, which seems to be a more popular brand), with the touchscreen broken. I’m looking for a replacement, it uses a h139bln01.0 LCD, but i cant find the touch digitizer model. I found the spare LCD, but won’t sell it with the touchscreen. Also, I’m not sure how to dissasemble it, the LCD is trapped inside the face of the case, and i don’t know if it is sticked or just would came out out with some bruteforce. Any help is welcome

وقد اتبعت كافة الارشادات لكنها لا تعمل للعلم انها تشحن حين اقوم بتوصيلها بمصدر طاقة لكن لم تفتح على الرغم من هذا الساعة وصلتني حديثا من بريطانيا هل من طريقة لاصلاحها بنفسي لا استطيع ارسالها بريطانيا مرة اخرى

I have a watch of some kind

I followed all the instructions but it does not work. Note that it charges when I connect it to a power source, but it does not open despite this. The watch recently arrived from Britain. Is there a way to fix it myself? I cannot send it back to Britain.

Awatch: Virus in my device

I can't navigate because a virus makes to jump and install programs on their own, mostly games and !!%@$%!!!@$.

I need to know where to send the watch for repairs, complete reset or whatever is necessary.

It was purchased to Awatch.it but they don't respond.

Whenever I try to register my smartwatch on a network with sim card it doesn't. Please help I just bought the smartwatch.
