After a hard reset, my tablet will not allow me to connect to the internet. It gives the error message that there may be not provisional data services. What to do?

my screen is stuck on audiovox logo. there's on unlock. on the screen. tried reset, it just goes back to audiovox screen...was working perfectly . i hadn't turned in on in a couple of months... battery is fully charged !!!!?????
