Asus Zenfone 3 Max: My home button, back button and recent not working properly.

Recently, my phone back button, home and recent key are not working like as usual. When I tap on it, the screen not respond, and when I tried to turning the "show touch" function on, it like I am touching the bottom of the screen, not the button. I already reset my phone with factory settings but nothing changed. Is this hardware problem? I'm planning to send it to customer services tomorrow because I just bought it for two months. My phone is ASUS ZenFone 3 max 5.5 (ZC553KL) using Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

So i was out and i dropped my phone on the ground in a big puddle and the top of the phone got wet. When i picked it up the phone screen was restarting but the picture was faint before fading to black. the phone now when connected to power just flashes the back camera flash followed by a short vibration. its been two days now and the phone continues to do this is there anything i can do? any help would be great the phone feels like it works but theres no display but i feel like theres more wrong to it than that.

Few days ago i replace a Zenfone Max Pro M1 (ZB602TL)* screen and i broke the anthena connector on the daughter board. The phone still work but don’t think it will last long, so i search on internet for the part but i don’t find one. If someone can help me to find what i need and have a price and/or the piece that i want i will be very happy :)

Good day people! Our home just got struck by the typhoon Odette, and for 6 days, I was not able to charge my phone. The phone in question is 6 years old, and in fact it still works good, although my only problem was the fast battery drainage which would only make my phone last for 6 hours without charge. I cut my usb cable charger and plugged the positive and negative wires into a battery I found, and I accidentally sticked them to the wrong portion, which results in the charger wires smoking. After that, my phone after charging it with the correct wires placed, the led indicator stays on for a while and heats up when charging. Should I get this to a battery repair shop or should I just charge it more (our electricity just came back now). Thank you in advance for the answers.
