I am getting this error on my zenfone 2, is there anyway to know if this is due to a hardware problem or a software problem? Any place where i can buy the camera replacement?

My country doesn't have Asus service

I have disarmed and note that the front camera was incorrectly connected , connect it again but the error persists, something I can try?

I have problem with charging it, it takes about an hour to increase battery level to 8%, I 've checked the battery still good as new, & it decrease normally.. Only problem is in charging, please advise what to do..

Asus Zenfone 3 Max: My home button, back button and recent not working properly.

Recently, my phone back button, home and recent key are not working like as usual. When I tap on it, the screen not respond, and when I tried to turning the "show touch" function on, it like I am touching the bottom of the screen, not the button. I already reset my phone with factory settings but nothing changed. Is this hardware problem? I'm planning to send it to customer services tomorrow because I just bought it for two months. My phone is ASUS ZenFone 3 max 5.5 (ZC553KL) using Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

I have a zenfone 2 ze551ml , after trying to firmware update the phone shut off then never turned on , no power, no led and no vibration. when connecting it to usb charger no sign of charging..completely dead. any help?

Screen is tapping on it's own. I reset to factory and that didn't help. I left the phone off for a week and that helped for a little while but the problem came back!

recently i brought a zenfone 2.....but after some weeks it starting showing signs of defective......that is only circle view appears without a flip flop cover.....i can't even switch it off neither can i backup my files from my internal storage,that is when i plug in my USB to my laptop.....help me guys...the first priority is reclaiming my files from my internal storage......

i dont know why my USB on zenfone 5 not recognize. Before this, its fine and work properly. My phone brick last month and i fix it. That time my USB(phone) work properly and i can install new sofware but this time. my phone software crash again and i want to debrick again but its fail because of the USB not recognize. I have install all driver needed but still face same problem. My phone can enter bootloader but it show cache problem. I use xFTK downloader to repair my fastboot and recovery. But because of the USB not recognize. I cant repair my fastboot and cant enter cloverview.

anyone can help my problem.? is my USB port damaged or something i need to do.?

Asus Zenfone 3 Max: Asus Phone unresponsive after water drop

So i was out and i dropped my phone on the ground in a big puddle and the top of the phone got wet. When i picked it up the phone screen was restarting but the picture was faint before fading to black. the phone now when connected to power just flashes the back camera flash followed by a short vibration. its been two days now and the phone continues to do this is there anything i can do? any help would be great the phone feels like it works but theres no display but i feel like theres more wrong to it than that.

My phone doesn't work anymore. It neither starts nor charge. The charge's led doesn't go on when i try to charge it. I changed the usb connector but nothing changed. Can someone help me to find the problem? ,

I tried various cable and charger.

It's happened in the night, battery was on 60% but in the day's after morning nothing work , no led's light while charging and no responding when I push the power button.

My phone battery stuck at 50% and to turn on it i need to plug the charger. When i unplugged the charger it will soon turn off again.

I have charged it overnight, but still the battery level at 50%. Also still need to plug the charger to turn on it.

This happen after i forget to charge my phone and drained the battery to 0%. I have replace the battery and charger board with new one but nothing happened. Please, can anyone help me, thanks...

ASUS Zenfone 3 ZE552KL: ZENFONE 3 ZOOM - Replaced Broken Screen, Phone turns on, but no screen

I have the Zenfone 3 ZOOM: Screen cracked, repair shop replaced with new screen, screen still doesn't work. The phone DOES turn on, and if I swipe up on the blank screen I can first feel/hear the vibration response, and if I start touching the lower area I get the beeps from the pin code keypad that loaded, I just can't see anything. ASUS wants almost as much as a new phone for the repair.
