My 2nd phone, which is the zenphone 6, fell down on the street, and now the glass is broken and the LCD is too. How can I replace those? I am asking here, because I haven't found a guide anywhere.

i also have the same problem and always do the same thing by press the volume and power on/off and its works usually. but now its not really work. there are no any response when the phones was charging. it looks died. the hard reset also cannot do anything. whats the problem??!!

Asus ZenFone 6: Camera working for pictures but not for videos

Hello!

I have an Asus ZenFone 6 (ZS630KL) which had some water damage, and the camera was not detected at all by the phone.

Now I cleaned a bit all the connectors, and the camera works again! (the main one works at least).

The problem is that, even if the camera is working when taking pictures, when recording videos the quality is horrible and it is sometime not even detected (for instance, I am not able to make a videocall via whatsapp).

What can be the issue? Has anyone some ideas about how can the same sensor work for a picture but not for a video?

My SD card keeps on auto removing due to multiple unintended drops of my Zenfone 6.

_____I tried to see what's in it and what I can do to fix it, but this happened.______

So I did some researched and found out that I should replace the whole thing because apparently those dual sim slots don't also work, I have to keep on reinserting every time the SD card or Sim goes auto removal.

Then I tried turning it on, it turns on even without the sim and sd flex cable attached.

However, upon further tinkering, my phone now won't turn on. It won't charge, it won't vibrate. How do I fix this? Did I short circuit something or wreck the battery (Still had 60% )?
