i also have the same problem and always do the same thing by press the volume and power on/off and its works usually. but now its not really work. there are no any response when the phones was charging. it looks died. the hard reset also cannot do anything. whats the problem??!!

Hello!

I have an Asus ZenFone 6 (ZS630KL) which had some water damage, and the camera was not detected at all by the phone.

Now I cleaned a bit all the connectors, and the camera works again! (the main one works at least).

The problem is that, even if the camera is working when taking pictures, when recording videos the quality is horrible and it is sometime not even detected (for instance, I am not able to make a videocall via whatsapp).

What can be the issue? Has anyone some ideas about how can the same sensor work for a picture but not for a video?

after assembling my zenfone 7 it doesn't recognize the bottom speaker and sim card trays, and phone warms up fast.

I just bought a new U Mobile sim card and tried to replace my old Digi sim card. When I tried to connect u mobile at my first slot sim card it cannot detect my sim but it work well with digi sim. I tried connect u mobile sim on 2th slot it also work well. How am I want to connect my sim in my 1st slot? Please help me me!! I tried reboot, re-insert sim but it not work please

My phone is not starting. But yea i can still turn it on but everytime it starts it just suddenly stops, then thats it it just stay how it is until the battery is empty
