Asus ZenBook Flip UX360C: Hinge repair or replacement

The left hinge on my Asus ZenBook Flip UX360C is not working properly. I can no longer rotate the device 360 degrees or convert it to tent or tablet mode. It appears that the hinge has “popped” out but a quick google search indicates that it may need to be replaced. How difficult is it to replace the hinge? Is it possible for you to post a guide?

Asus ZenBook Flip UX360C: Mouse and touchpad problems

I have the ASUS ZenBook UX360CAK and problem after last updates of Windows 10 with mouse and touchpad. It behave in totaly strange way. I tried:

1) to update driver and reinstall ATK by sugessted procedure,

2) to eneable and disable Internal pointer in BIOS (that worked but again mouse behave very strange) and here is how:

3) Now I have a problem because mouse dissapear or freeze when touch the screen but appear when press Alt and move the mouse from touchpad! When I touch screen again it appear and work short time but again freeze or dissapear and when I press Alt + mouse or again touch the screen it appear again. Totaly strange and unpredictible!

4) While I write this question several times mouse freeze in space for question description and after pressing Alt it works. Now AT THIS moment it seem that works normally but I dont know why and how long?

I tried to get information on the internet and saw that many users have that problem. Totally strange.

I spilled juice on my keyboard a month or so ago, the keys are irremovable and it is a pain to type on, any suggestions?

Part of the hinge on my Zenbook Flip has frozen and I suspect that the hinge has broken. where can I source a replacement in Canada?

Asus ZenBook Flip UX360C: Why's my laptop freezing all the time?

So a while ago, my laptop started freezing at random times, making it difficult for me to use it and preventing me from using it to work on stuff, is there any way I can fix it? I had it send in for repairs when I was in Colombia, but that didn't help, so I'll need a way to do it now that I'm back in Canada, can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help is appreciated. TIA.
