ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED: Warranty rejected due to humidity

As have experienced the worst customer service from ASUS. False claims from service agent and company to defend the issue caused during service. My laptop have stopped working and when I went to service center my warrenty was rejected giving as explanation like humidity caused mould formation and thus rejecting the warranty. This is unethical from ASUS. I am from India and is there any contact to help on this issue? Humidity is the reason for mould formation company like Asus is taking advantage of it.

ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo UX581GV-XB74T: Keyboard not working after I turn on my computer.

When I am done using my computer I shut it down for the day, unfortunately when I turn it back on the keyboard does not work, minus the mousepad and four buttons above the keypad. The only solution I have found is restarting it using the touchscreen or mousepad, after that the keyboard starts working again. My first thought was it was a windows update error but I have done research and since this keyboard is attached, not via the USB, it might not be related to the issues with the windows update 25H2. I have done windows scans and pc health checks but nothing has fixed it, so now I am thinking it is a hardware problem. Could this be a hardware or software issue? Any suggestions?

Asus ZenBook: Asus ZenBook UM431DLaptop keeps getting stuck in automatic repair loop

A few months ago, my laptop started occasionally getting stuck in an automatic repair loop. I was usually able to get out of it using some combination of system restore, uninstalling updates, and just turning it off and letting it sit overnight. I have no idea which of those was the solution but it worked. Then about a month ago, it got stuck and nothing would work. I eventually used a boot USB to get into the hard drive and transfer my files off, then reinstalled Windows 10 via USB. I figured that would fix it as I thought the cause was an update that got half installed before my laptop died.

Last night, I left my laptop closed and plugged in (but not powered down) for a few hours and when I came back, it had brought up the automatic repair screen again and nothing so far has worked to get back into Windows. Seeing as I completely reinstalled Windows 10, I no longer think it it's just an issue with my copy of windows and instead either the windows updates themselves don't work with my laptop, or there's a hardware issue. I can get back in the same way I did before, but it's a pain in the ass. Ideally I'd like to prevent this from happening in the future. How would I go about this? Is it even worth it or would it be cheaper/easier to take it to a repair shop?
