Asus X55C: How can I enter in the BIOS (ASUS X55U)

Each time i try to enter in the BIOS, pressing F2, the laptop turns off and doesn´t let me enter in the BIOS,

To enter the BIOS in this laptop you have to press F2 first and the start button after (without letting the F2 go), but, instead of entering the BIOS, the laptop shuts down. In fact it shuts down with any F key pressed.

Can someone help me?

Asus X55C: Computer just blacked out.

Not sure if it's connected, but my sister just put a connected Micro USB into the USB port of this PC that I've had for quite a while. At that moment it just went out, no indication of life, no lights turning on. Checked that the charger is just fine. I'm not sure if connecting the Micro USB trough the wrong port to the computer itself can break it, but it seems the only logical case. I'd understand if it went out of old age, but it just happened instantly. What could have happened here? Is it the USB or possibly something else?

Asus X55C: USB ports shorting devices when laptop charges (after liquid damage )

A few months ago whilst Djing at a friends house a drink was spilt on my laptop, right in the center of the keyboard (the drink was southern comfort and red lemonade).

I immediately unplugged the charger plus any connected devices then turned the laptop upside down to drain what liquid I could.

luckily only very little spilt onto it but enough to do some damage. once home I disassembled the laptop and dried out any remaining liquid. luckily there was some plastic covers over the motherboard that protected it from getting completely destroyed. about a week passed and I tried connecting my Decks(controller) to my PC everything was working fine until I plugged in the laptops charger. once I plugged in the charged Boom it fried the Decks and messed up some speakers attached to them also.

I cannot connect any devices to either of my USB ports whilst its charging or the connected devices get fried. if the laptop isn't charging and working running off battery life everything connected works perfectly.

anyone seen anything like this before?

Asus X55C: Assistance in fixing or diagnosing A Asus X55A

I have a Asus X55A that stops as soon as it's powered on.(no beeps).

-Seems to be a motherboard issue.

-Tested parts separately: cpu/ memory ram/ power adapter/changed cmos 3v battery .(all fine)

-If I power up X55A with no ram, gives no beeps, and fan spins.(same with no cpu).

-Did cmos clear with no results. Battery 3v bios change did not help.(i know laptops have bios issues so I made sure bios was cleared without any residual power in mb/ caps)

-I can only deduce, it may have a defective chip... may even be main VRM the culprit. NOT SURE HOW TO CHECK/identify this... assistance or option or additional testing procedures are welcomed. I have a multimeter if anyone knows what V should I look for on the laptop's motherboard.
