I just got a second hand Asus vivotab note 8 running windows 8.1.

After completing a factory reset to remove all the clutter of the last guy I arrived at the page where you enter in languages etc. and I can't select anything or press next.

It appears as though the touch screen isnt working. I have tried using the stylus that came with it and there is still no response.

Please Help!
