Asus Transformer Pad TF103C: Touch screen not working

Hi,

I'm having issues with my Asus tablet running Android Lollipop. For the past few months, the touchscreen would stop working momentarily, then everything would come back to normal after a few restarts. It was more likely to happen when the tablet was charging though. At some point I found a weird hack that was plugging the tablet for a second every time it happened.

Now for the past few days, this would work and the tablet is now useless without its keyboard. I've read on some forums that the Battery Saver app could be the cause. Indeed I noticed a bug with it because every time the tablet was charging I would get a notification saying that an app was drawing too much power, but the Battery Saver app would crash every time I tried to open the notification.

Last night, I disabled the power saving mode and rebooted the tablet (as suggested in the forums) but it didn't do the trick.

This morning, I tried to reset the tablet both via the settings menu and recovery mode, but then touch screen is not working. I also tried to "swipe cache partition" but none of this would work.

Is there anything else I could try? I'm not sure if it's a hardware or a software issue, but as far as I remember the tablet has not received any impact in particular and there's no scratch at all on the screen.

Thanks

Asus Transformer Pad TF103C: My asus screen is flickering. How do I fix it?

On my relatively new Asus tablet,(I got it on the first of April), the screen keeps flickering to Gray with different coloured bars across it. I've reset this tablet, so I know that it's not a virus. The screen seems to flick randomly, not just when I move it or connect it to my charger. It does flick when I put in my headphones and connect the keyboard. Why is this happening, what type of problem is this and how can I fix it?

Asus Transformer Pad TF103C: touch no responding all the time

good morning, so i was replacing the Asus Transformer Pad TF103C (Model K010) touch ,cause the previous one was broken and not working, and after placing the new one i started facing some problems like the bottem part of the touch not responding and bit reacting properly to where i was touching.

but after some tries i fixed one of the problem but the screen still not responding all the time.

my question is, could it be the touch that is the issue or could it be the motherboard since sometimes its responds just fine and other it doesnt at all?

Asus Transformer Pad TF103C: Can't exit from UEFI on a tablet

So I work in a computer repair service and a lady showed up with the tablet part of the ASUS Transformer Pad TF103C (she bought it without the keyboard, already used). The problem is that she somehow entered UEFI (and she has no idea how), and now you can't exit. The touch screen doesn't work, it is not registering any keyboard or mouse, possibly because you have to enable it which we cannot do because you need to move around in the UEFI setup for that. Neither my mentor nor me have ever seen a similar problem and we didn't make any progress in a few days already. I will give you a list that we know doesn't work:

the os won't boot

you can't just plug in a mouse or a keyboard

it doesn't register touch

you can't move inside the UEFI at all (except moving up and down on the same section with the Volume + and - buttons)

you can't click enter with any sort of button combination even if you should

computers don't recognize the tablet

you can't factory reset

you can't hard reset

you can't boot an OS from an SD card

you can't even turn the screen on as you please, it is completely black until you connect a charger, and even then the screen periodically turns on and off

Any sort of help is greatly appreciated.
