ASUS T300LA-US51T: The tablet won’t charge

So I was using my laptop. Yesturday, I was still able to use it and when I opened it, I was expecting for it to have low battery life but surprisingly it had about 80-90 percent. It was like… 5, 6 or 7 days since I last plugged it. Later on when it told me that my battery life is running 10% I immediately plugged it in the charger and the issue started their. It won’t charge my laptop but I can see that my charger is working and it is being indicated my a blue light. By the way, the “brick”, the one where you plug in the outlet was quite broken and I was able to fix it. It’s not a big issue since it was a long time when that happened and since then I got no problems with it. Going back I didn’t realize at first, thats when it told me that my laptop is running VERY low at 7%. I also plugged it in an extension chord. I don’t know what to do so I went to my room and plug it their and it finally worked but for a like… 20-30 minutes. And right now I can’t fully charge it. I need help, PLEASEEE!!!!!! I use my laptop at school!!!

Asus Transformer T100: Keyboard Bug After Pressing Either CTRL, ALT or SHIFT key

I’m having this problem with my Asus Transformer T100TAM model.

Everytime i press either the CTRL, ALT or SHIFT key, the whole keyboard stops working. Oddly, the trackpad is still usable. A quick detachment of the tablet from the dock and putting it back again solves the problem, but if either one of the keys is pressed again, it goes back to not working.

I’ve checked all settings and turned off all sticky key options. I’ve removed and reinstalled the HID keyboard drivers, but still the same.

Anyone knows how to fix this? Do i need to update my windows to fix this bug or there’s another workaround for this?

Asus Transformer T100: Can't get usb modem to work

To whom it may concern, I have an old ASUS with windows 8 on it. It has two micro ports - one is a usb , the other is an hdmi output. The microusb port is set up so that you plug in a nother cable that has fullsize usb on one end, then microusb on the other.

I tried to plug in a usb device but windows is not reccognizing it. specifically its a usb 551L modem that accesses the verizon data network. It works fine on another pc, but i have no luck dettecting it on the asus.

Anyone know if this is even doable? has anyone ever got an asus's usb port to work with anything, especially usb 4glte modems?

Asus Transformer T100: Digitizer screen and touch pad not responding

I replaced the digitizer screen (original was cracked) on my daughters ASUS transformer tablet. The touch function of the screen and the mouse touch pad on the optional keyboard were not working prior to the screen repair and still do not work after the repair. Is there a component I should be looking for internally on the tablet that controls the touch function of both the screen and the mouse pad? Both the tablet and the keyboard have a full charge on them (they were out of use for at least a year and were completely discharged). Is it also possible that being discharged for so long caused the operating system to lose that function somehow? It does power up and go through the boot up process. I am also not able to power it down with the power button on the side of the tablet. If I try, it will shut down for about 1-2 minutes, then start the reboot again. Once it boots up, I am able to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move around the screen in a limited capacity.

Thanks for any help.
