Asus TUF Gaming F17: Different blue screen error and SSD indicator stop in normal work

I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F17 2022 model laptop (i7, 16 GB RAM, RTX 3060, 2022 model). I’ve been using it for quite a while without major issues, but recently it started acting weird.

At first, everything was fine — I used it for gaming and heavy work. But now, during normal office tasks, the SSD indicator stops and the airplane mode light turns on, which makes the system freeze completely. I’ve tried updating drivers and other fixes, but nothing worked.

After that, I started getting blue screen errors — each time with a different message — and even Automatic Repair can’t fix it. I checked the dump files with “WhoCrashed” and it seems like a hardware issue, but I’m not sure.

The first time this happened, I took it to a shop — they formatted it, and it worked fine for a while. But the SSD indicator problem continued, and now the blue screens are back again.

Has anyone faced something similar or knows what could be causing this? Any advice would be really helpful.

(Attaching some screenshots from WhoCrashed for reference.)

Asus TUF Gaming F17: T17 ram issue, not posting and no display

Hello everyone I have a question on how to measure ram / vram mosfets. I have a problem where MZ laptop doesn’t boot when there’s ram in the first dimm slot and if there’s ram in only the second then it posts but no screen output and the ram stick gets super hot to the touch. I’m assuming that there’s a problem with the ram voltage rails. I did a resistance check on the ram slot pins and some measure as over 4K ohms and some under 0.4 ohms, no caps are shorted (or at least I don’t think they are with the way I measured) and the only thing left to check is the mosfets but I’m not quite sure how to measure.

Could anyone help me a little or tell me what else I could measure to narrow everything down? Picture of the board included and thanks to you all in advance.

Asus TUF Gaming F17: ASUS Laptop BSOD Issues With Multiple Error Codes and SSD Problems

Hello everyone, I’m facing a serious issue with my ASUS TUF F17 2022 (FX707ZM, DDR5 4800MHz) laptop.

It started with the SSD indicator light stopping and the system freezing during normal work. After that, I began getting multiple BSOD errors with different codes, and even reinstalling Windows didn’t help.

I took it to a repair shop — they said the SSD wasn’t working properly. They reinstalled Windows and it worked for a few days, but the same freezing and SSD indicator problem returned. Later, the laptop went into a boot loop again.

The shop then replaced the SSD, but the freezing and SSD-light issue continued. They suspected a RAM problem, removed one RAM stick, and the laptop started working fine.

Right now I only have 8GB RAM, which is not enough for my work. The shop says one RAM slot is faulty, so I’m scared to buy a new 16GB DDR5 stick (because it’s expensive) and risk the issue coming back.

I’m looking for advice on what to do Should I buy a new RAM stick and use only one? also i cant repair the ram slot there is no good repair shop to do so near me and i hace constantly need my laptop for work so i can give it for a long time
