ROG Gladius: mouse simply stopped being detected

I've had my mouse for around 6 months and all of a sudden it is not recognized by my pc. the center button right behind the wheel lights up for a split second once connected but that's it. I opened it up to see if maybe there was anything loose that needed to be reconnected simply but nope. i did notice the white plastic that is attached to the shell, the one that help's the logo light up, had detached from the shell and was in between the two circuit boards. i dont know if that would have messed it up. not really tech savvy so any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

My scroll wheel has issues it doesnt work unless i pressure it a little towards right i cleaned it it work a little but now it doesnt at all unless i apply force to right but it jerks a lot now, my mouse is asus gladius 3 wired

ROG Gladius: Scroller randomly goes up and down.

When scrolling down, the page randomly goes up instead and then down again. Happens almost every time I scroll.

I have the gladius 2 and i switched the omron switches for the left button and the right button, when I put it back together it didn’t click

ROG Gladius: No pointer arrow shown

When I plug the mouse there is no arrow on the screen. However, I can click and see the right-click context menu.

I guess it has to do with the optical receiver, did any of you experienced the same problem or managed to change the optics?

ROG Gladius: thumb button on mouse suddenly not working?

I’ve been using this mouse for a while now (around a year) and randomly, the one of the side thumb buttons stopped responding.
Every other button works except button 4- the one on the right when looking at the mouse from the side. I’m not sure how to fix this honestly, and I’ve had the issue before with the same model of the middle mouse button and scroll not working- this is the replacement I bought.

I don’t have the ASUS Armoury so fixes through there are inaccessible to me, and all the drivers for the mouse are up to date so I don’t know if its a software or hardware issue.

ROG Gladius: Left click hardly stays pressed down.

when ever i need to hold down m1 it just kind of lets go after a while and clicks again. really hard to move windows or spray in gun games because of this.

pressing down on it REALLY HARD fixes the problem or at the very end edge of the button

ROG Gladius: middle mouse button not clicking
