Asus ROG Zephyrus G14: Why is my laptop screen flickering?

I've been dealing with my screen randomly flickering and flashing distorting the colors either in vertical or horizontal lines making my screen fuzzy in parts it's mainly been horizontal lines from the bottom, but it takes up most of my screen and this can happen randomly weather I'm just watching YouTube or playing games, I find the only way to make it stop or appear less is by keeping my fans going on turbo mode, but I have found out it does typically go away slightly after my computer heats up and put on turbo mode I've been trying to fix this for months idk how please help

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14: Power button falling in, also no contact due to that.

Hello to everyone, so I have a GA401 that the previous owner demolished cosmetically, and keyboard and screen were not working, but the motherboard was intact. So I've bought the case and keyboard and put it together but I have an issue as it seems that I am missing a small part or metal plate or some kind of metal spring. The power button just falls in and doesn't retract back, also the button doesn't "click" as it all just falls in on press. I've disassembled it again and I can click it from behind, so the button itself seems perfectly fine, it is just that it isn't staying in place. I predict I am missing a small metal plate that goes below the button and the rubber that holds the button, but it is impossible to find this info with Asus, really bad company for that. Does anyone have the same laptop or fixed these and knows what am I missing?

EDIT: You are right, I found that part number last week and wanted to buy it, but on the images it looks exactly the same as the one I have so I figured I'd waste time and money. I already bought the button rubber (SKU:PWRKEYRUBBERGA401) which I hoped would be the whole thing I need, but no luck, I just got the same piece I already have. The button itself works if I leave it out of the device and press it. I am 99% sure I am missing some plate (or rubber) that is screwed into these 2 holes to provide resistance so you can push it and that way the button works + doesn't fall in.

EDIT2: I found this image online, this might be the part I am missing, this rubber piece with a tiny hole

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14: Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 2021

I have a g14 zephyrus 2021 laptop that doesn't power on, I found a 30 ohm smd resistor that is reading a very high resistance under the logic board near the DC in jack and a 4.7 ohm smd resistor that is burned near the battery charging IC, I tried replacing both resistors though the 30 ohm goes bad after putting power to the logic board, the second mosfet near the DC in jack is reading 4.3 volts and the mosfet before it, there is no voltage in the gate. The 30 ohm resistor, there is 20 volts going in and the other side is about 2 volts, I remove the resistor and put 1volt into the other end, which draws 300mA, there a smd component between the two mosfets near the power in jack that has 4 pins and gets hot, I found a short on this component. I attached a picture of it, one part reads like a diode. Do anyone know what this is?

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14: Wifi adapter disappeared from device manager and lspci

I've been struggling to figure out what happened to my 2022 Zephyrus G14 recently.

I was using the laptop one morning, woke it back up, and the wifi card had just seemingly disappeared from every menu.

I'd already replaced it with a more stable card (Intel AX210), and switching back to the old card made no difference, and it was still missing.

Even in lspci under Linux the card was completely gone, with only the USB Bluetooth device on the card functioning.

I tried the 60s power button hold that people recommend and that did not solve the issue either sadly.

Has anyone else had this issue, or are there any recommended board repairs to make? I'm completely comfortable with micro soldering I just have no idea where to look yet because there are no schematics for the board...

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14: Replacing broken display with upgrade, what should I be careful of?

My current internal display seems to be failing (dark spot on the side expanding) thus, I decided to replace it. Since I study electronics engineering, I thought that if I found a display that uses the same connectors and has the same dimensions, I might be able to upgrade. What should I be wary of? Is this even a good idea?

Model: Zephyrus G14 GA401IV with a R7 4800HS and 2060

Thus far I think the new display needs to fulfil these criteria:

eDP 1.4

14 inch

16 : 9 aspect ratio

Display Area: 309.312×173.988 mm (H×V)

Outline Dim: 315.81×197.57 mm (H×V)

Outline Depth: 2.22/2.4 (Typ./Max.) mm

My current display specs are:

1920 x 1080

120 Hz

LCD

Battery Model Number is C41N2101

(more on that below) anywhere you all know where I can find a battery for the laptop? Don't wanna deal with Asus repair service since I replaced the NVME SSD and upgraded the RAM which they don't wanna deal with. (plus have you seen the Asus Gamers Nexus saga).

Support Experience: They wanted to troubleshoot the issue (put the battery in and hold the power button for 40 seconds, plug laptop in and charge for 6 hrs) saying "This procedure has been successful in resolving this type of issue in 90% of cases" and "All batteries we send undergoes rigorous testing by Asus Quality Control ensuring they are thoroughly validated and approved for use, then our team performs a second round of testing when the battery is being prepared for shipping to our customer, leaving an almost negligible chance of encountering a factory-defective battery" They agreed to let me return it if I pay the cost of shipping (which is probably going to be a lot since this company is based in france.) Their website says they offer returns as long as it's 7 days which I find a bit strict.
