Asus ROG Zephryrus G16 GU603: Why is my charger not working out of a sudden?

Had this laptop for almost 2 years, it is working perfectly until last week. It is not receiving any charge from the brick charger, while usb-c PD was still fine. Tried hard-reset by 60-sec power button pressing, reinstall battery drivers, bought another OEM charger (worked for a day and then not working again) and none of them works. Asked AI and it says it looks like a charging port problem, could be the pin/motherboard fracture. How can I fix that or figure out whats wrong with it? Cheers

Asus ROG Zephryrus G16 GU603: Why is my laptop having low performance

Hi everyone ! Sorry if my English is bad, i gonna try to do my best

My problem is that this computer is brand new, I bought it 3 days ago, and after doing a lot of research I haven't found any solution to my problem, and I'd be surprised if I were so cursed as to have bought a computer that was already defective.

My specs:

Intel Core i7 12700H

NVidia GeForce RTX 4050 6go

16go of RAM

512go of SDD

To get to the heart of the matter, the problems are:

-Freeze in games and big drop in fps and all this after testing with average and weak graphics (Test on Warzone 2.0 and Battlefield 2042)

-100% CPU usage in games

-High CPU response time during freezes (Benchmark on Warzone 2.0)

-In the event viewer, error code 10016, but I'm saying this for information purposes, so it may not be the cause of the problem.

I've tried almost everything I think in 3 days, the freezes and bugs started right from the start, 1 to 2 hours after purchase while I downloaded the games.

I've reset it 2 times, I've done all the updates, including the MyAsus, I've tried installing different versions of the NVidia graphics card, I've tried fiddling with regedit in relation to the solution I saw on the internet (while keeping a backup of the basic regedit configuration), then I've reset it again and nothing helped. The only thing that changed at one point was that, through some manipulation of regedit, the processor no longer went up to 100% utilization when it returned to normal activity for a game.

If anyone has a solution, a similar experience report or any other information, please let me know.

Have a nice day everyone !
