Had this phone for 2 years, noticed a few weeks ago wired earbuds losing sound in left ear, found out i could sometimes fix this by wiggling the plug abit, thought it was the ear buds but they work fine on other devices and tested with different earbuds same issue. Now both ears are starting to lose sound unless i push the plus in a specific direction.

is there any way to fix this and if not any guide to replace and find replacement part?
