Asus ROG G752V: glitching laptop freezes and reboots

My son dropped my laptop a few weeks ago, which resulted in the laptop glitching, freezing and rebooting randomly during use. Initially I thought I had a GPU issue due to the artifact like images I got as it froze. After further effort trying to diagnose the issue, I confirmed that it only occurred due to pressure being applied by my right hand during use. The problem seems to be hardware related as I used an external keyboard there's no issues and it works perfectly. What can cause this issue and how can it be resolved.

Asus ROG G752V: Repeating "Power surge on the USB port" error after replacing Fans

As the title pretty much encapsules, I used the ifixit guide to replace the fans, because the left one started making noise, and even cleaning it out with compressed air didnt help. Unplugging it from the motherboard and leaving it to cool would help for about 12-24 hours but that was it.

However after the replacement I am getting the "Power surge on the USB port" error as a repeating loop, pressing "Reset" does nothing because the error pops back up right after clicking the button. I followed the guide to the letter, plugged all cables back in and made sure everything is plugged in again and all plugged in USB devices (ASUS RoG Claymore II, ASUS RoG Gladius II Origin and Microsoft LifeCam Cinema) work completely fine on almost all ports, one port apparently isnt getting enough power but the error persists even when nothing is plugged into it.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the USB drivers, emptied the battery and disconnected it and did an EC reset by holding the power button for 60 seconds. But nothing works. After doing the power reset I thought I had it fixed but it just took longer for the error to pop back up.

Please help!

Asus ROG G752V: Ruined backlight connector by yours truly

Hello Team!

I've once again messed with stuff i shouldn't mess with and paid the price.

From what i can understand this is the connector for the keyboard backlight, and ive managed to destroy all but one of the coppar pegs. (see sc)

Am i right in thinking that the only thing i can do is replace the mobo (by a pro this time) or just live with it
