Asus Zenfone 10: 1 of the 2 SIM cards isn't detected after a drop, any advice

I dropped my phone now 1 of the 2 SIM cards isn't detected, if I swap the Sims the one in slot 1 always works. Any ideas what the issue could be or if it could likely be fixed by myself or a phone store?

Hi, since 16 hours my phone is in a bootloop. I can acsses the recovery mode and fastboot but I can't find a fix else than wiping everything, wich I want to avoid. Is thier any why how I can get the data on my Pc?

If I turn the phone off with the recovery mode it is not starting agin until I start I agin

En le redémarrant j'ai les messages : en jaune android recovery asus/WW_Phone/ASUS_X00HD_4 8.1.0/0PM1.171019.011/15.2016.1909.526-1 user/release-keys Use volume up/down and power. et l'autre en rouge : Can't load android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device. Du coup on peut faire try again ou factory data reset. J'ai tenté plusieurs fois try again mais en vain il ne me reste plus que reset
