My ASUS VivoBook touchpad with numpad has gosttouch and doesnt work from time to time. I tried to sent it back to asus for repairs but it didn’t work, so now ik want to do it myself. Is it possible to repclace your touchpad or should i go to a professional?

I'm not sure if this is the exact model I have but mine is hardwired for windows 11 and the windows 10 drivers for simply DO NOT exist

Hi. I am trying to print documents which I have always been able to do in the past. However, now I am getting a Save As box which asks me to save as a pdf. I've done this but it still won't print. When I open the pdf document it just opens another Save As box. Grateful for any suggestions on how I can fix this, thanks.

I use ASUS TP550LA, core i5, windows 10 with 12GB RAM. I am experiencing a weird issue. If I use my laptop daily, it runs fine for 30-40 mins before the screen light goes off (even though the laptop stays on). Kinda like 99% dim screen, so pointing a flashlight at the screen shows everything is there (like the apps, youtube video running, browsers etc.).

If I do not use the laptop for 3-4 days, then it runs fine for 3-5 hours straight after turning it on. Then the same issue again if I start the laptop the next day.

You see, what I'm dealing with!! Even my nagging (to-be) wife doesn't play around like this. I hate the word fiancé, cause nagging goes so well with wife. You can't beat that.

Anyway what might be the issue with my laptop? Is it a graphics card issue or something else? You think it's a easy fix or need any parts replaced?

I bought a laptop from Asus a while ago and it came with a single spongy key (the M key to be exact)

All of the other keys are fine and the more key is not more or less sensitive it's just feels spongy and soft to press.

Anybody experienced anything like this?

Asus Rog GL55VW-DH71: I need help again for my wifi problem on my laptop

In my previous question that already been answered "My laptop is suddenly could not connect with any Wi-Fi at all" I have a problem with my WLAN card lately, its somehow always suddenly disconnected entirely and shown no wifi connection at all can't even find the network.

One of the user in here @jayeff already helped me and the guide is work at least for the last 3 3 weeks now until today, so it happening again and then i decided to buy a new WLAN card or chipset that recommended to me by @jayeff which i did bought it just in case my problem showing up again and it did!.

And then so when install the WLAN or change from the old one to new one there is a problem, the WLAN did not immediately activated.

So for the note ; My old Wireless card is Qualcomm Atheros AR956x and the new one is Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7264 that is recommended to me.

The problem i have right now is

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful.

Which i am kind of confuse, i already try to install the driver for this new devices which oddly only the Bluetooth that is work without problem but the wifi is still not connected at all.

So perhaps there is someone that could help me for this problem and guide me to fix it ? or should i just use the old wlan card ?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding my ASUS TUF Gaming A15 (FA507RM). Recently, I’ve started noticing a strange high-pitched whistling or ringing sound coming from the laptop whenever it's under heavy load (e.g., while gaming).

At first, I thought it was the fans, but after listening closely, the sound seems to be coming from underneath the keyboard, not the fan vents. Interestingly, the pitch and tone of the sound change if I wiggle or slightly pull on the power connector.
