Asus K55VD: shuts down when plug battery?

I dropped my laptop, and it shuts down when i plug the battery. And it starts up when i unplug the battery? I went to repairing shop and they say it’s in the computer not battery.

Asus K55VD: Unknown USB descriptor request failed

I just recently installed a SSD in my laptop and there's this bugging me all of a sudden. The USB port near the audio jack has this problem and it wont let me plug in USB devices let it be Hard drives or Printer cables. How do I fix this? :<

Hi... I have a asus laptop i accidently apply load optimizer in BIOS setting and save it... After that my loptop didnt show any display.. Not even a to enter BIOS setup... Only power LED shows on and all others are off... I open my laptop and remove cmos cell and insert but nothing is happened... Plz tell me what should i do ?
