Asus K53E-BBR7: Why does my laptop keep freezing?

When I am using the Internet, my laptop freezes on one page. I am unable to move my mouse, forcing me to restart my laptop. When I restart my computer and try to reload the Internet, my screen freezes again.

I noticed that when I connect my power adaptor to my laptop, it won’t charge. I’ve noticed that there is heat coming from the connector head of the power adaptor, but it still isn’t charging when it is connected to my laptop.

Asus K53E-BBR7: During boot up, unit shuts down, then starts reboot, then shuts down.

Rebooting cuts off just when the ASUS logo appears then restarts again.
