Hello.

I own the laptop: 'ASUS ROG Strix GL753VE DS74 HID FHD IPS 17.3 7700HQ '.

Unfortunately during one of the restarts of necessary for applying the latest major Windows 10 updates, it just stopped working...

When I say it is not working I mean when it is powered up it is not booting at all and I suspect it does not even recognize its bios..

Is there anything I can do?

I cannot even get into safe mode or even to the bios...

Hello, I don't know if anyone could help but I have no power to my laptop. I recently plugged into a power generator and was working fine. Now at home I have no power or charged to the computer. Anyone know what might be the issue?

Asus G75VX: Gameplay issues, My ASUS device can not run games smoothly

Hi everyone. I bought an ASUSPRO P2540UV last month. (I couldnt find it on the list so I selected another one) It has a Core-i5 7200, 12G of RAM and Geforce 920MX Graphics. As much as I know games like RISE OF THE TOMB RIDER must run smoothly on this device. Even I got PES 2018 and 2017, for 2018 one I can not even play the game with the lowest settings, for the 2017 version of PES, If I want to run smoothly I must use low setting with a few changes in resolution. I even tried all of these games with the plugged in charger. I recently updated my drivers from ASUS website. But I dont know why this device can not work for me as a 50$ laptop. Can somebody please help me on this?

Asus G75VX: Asus G75VW Black screen on startup

I dropped my laptop on its side from about 1-2 feet off the ground. For an hour I played on it and everything was fine until I picked it up again to get comfortable and the screen went black and it started buzzing. I turned it off and started it back up again, but this time the screen stayed off the whole time.
