Asus F Series: FX503V battery replacement is hard to find

Hi, I'm trying to replace the battery (B41N1711) on my old laptop but am afraid of scams.

There's currently only where I can see a few no name sellers for a replacement battery for my model, no reputable reseller that I know of. Since I rarely go shop for batteries, could someone here help me find a good place to search for a replacement? Details I found on the og battery was 4 cell and either 65 or 64wh. https://www.a-accessories.com/laptop/bat...|l

Asus F551MAV: How to upgrade ram?

I have conflicting info on this F551MAV-DB02-B on how much ram it can use/maximum. Crucial says 12G, and that it only has one slot and that the ram IS removable.

First, is it removable/replaceable? Second, just how high can I go with ram, I'm guessing just an 8G stick, which would improve this system a lot. Third, just how/where/what do I have to remove to get to the ram to replace it?

FYI, Crucial has this to say about ram:

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM

CT8G4SFS824A

Configuration ID: CT9393524

DDR4-2400 • CL=17 • NON-ECC • SODIMM • 260-pin • 1.2V • 1Rx8 • PC4-19200

Thanks for any help/insight you can provide.

Asus VivoBook F556: New Ifixit battery not charging past 0%

(alternate laptop model name is Vivobook X556) The battery that needed replacing was not charging to 100% and would drop to low percentage under some power demands. Online research led me to believe some of the cells had gone bad (no swelling, thank goodness), after checking my charger and device drivers. Ifixit's replacement battery has been plugged in for 5 hours, but has not charged above 0%. I saw no abnormalities under the hood during replacement, and I reopened it to check my work. Other likely diagnoses are appreciated, thanks.

Asus F Series: Asus FA617NS Laptop. Cracked plastic hinge on screen.

I have an Asus FA617NS Laptop. ANd to my shock and frustration, I went to open the screen today to discover that the plastic covering and the hinge mechanism has started to crack. The faceplate that covers the screen. What should I do to fix this? I still need it for some online schooling and I haven't had the laptop for that long. Should I try to replace/fix it myself? Or have Asus RMA it? Should I try using glue to keep the hinge together? This is really frustrating because I really like using this laptop. See image of cracked hinge.

Asus Laptop F553M: battery not charging (green and orange led light flashing)

My Asus F551m has a battery problem, can't recharge anymore, flashes green and orange led when on charger at off state. when on, it shows battery charging but symbol but always at 0% charge, so I concluded that the battery is dead and I decided to buy a compatible battery for replacement. the closer I could get in term of voltage rating is 14.4 v/ 2200mAh/32Wh but the battery to be replaced is rated 11.25v/2850mAh/33Wh.

can I use the 14.4v battery to replace the 11.25v? or is there a way apart of solving this problem of battery not charging (green and orange led light flashing) from replacing the battery?

Asus F Series: No more backlighting on an ASUS FX506LH laptop

Hi, I replaced the screen of my laptop that was broken, and suddenly I have no backlight during manipulation. However, I only touched the screen and the cable. When I put back the old, broken screen, I don't get any backlight either (it was working before). The inverter is built into the screen, so it can only be a default with the cable? Or what else?
I checked with a flashlight on the back of the screen and the display works, but it's not illuminated. I've also plugged the laptop into the TV with an HDMI cable and it works. I've checked the keyboard shortcuts to disable the screen or duplicate it, etc...
I also checked the connectors on the motherboard in case one of them had become disconnected, but everything seems OK.
