Crucial says 12G, and that it only has one slot and that the ram IS removable.

First, is it removable/replaceable? Second, just how high can I go with ram, I'm guessing just an 8G stick, which would improve this system a lot. Third, just how/where/what do I have to remove to get to the ram to replace it?

FYI, Crucial has this to say about ram:
