A substantial number of these models will not turn on normally. You have to plug in the chargers for them to boot, and when it does, the battery is almost always full. Any ideas on how to resolve this? It's inconvenient for our students.

The model is an Asus Chromebook FLip C213SA and it is out of warranty. Since it’s out of warranty I opened it up & the power button piece on the motherboard is loose. Is this something that can easily be fixed or would it be possible or worth the time? Tia.
