I was given an Asus K52F laptop which had a BIOS lock which I still have been unable to remove. Whilst trying to fix that issue, I created another one. Typical! Whenever I press the power button, the Power indicator, Caps lock and Num lock LEDs all come on for about 3 seconds and then go off again and only 20mA is drawn from my PSU. At first I thought this might be some sort of blink code but have decided against that. Any help is appreciated :).

System: Windows 7.
