The camera on my ASUS 1015E doesn't work. I notice that it doesn't appear on the BIOS setup. I tried to fix it by updating the BIOS, but still not works. Help, please!

Asus 1015E-DS03: Bios settings greyed out. Thinking I need to reset Bios jumpers

I bought a 1015e at a estate sale. It seems the Bios was messed up or changed around and I am unable to change setttings in Bios because most everything is greyed out. Of course Asus is no help, but I'm thining I need to reset a bios jumper. Anyone know if this laptop has one? I have unplugged the cmos battery, but a bunch of different motherboard bios researches come up with changing the pins on the bios jumper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

playing in a bridge tournament, screen freezes and message “no internet connection”(but I am connected) and am then frozen out of the tournament - very annoying. what should I do
