I believe the audio jack is unfortunately no good as any movement headset side of the 3.5mm jack causes it to become disconnected. I have also had to replace three headsets as the right ear keeps dying (different brands).

How could I go about replacing the audio jack on the Mixamp itself? Or how could I go about buying a new audio jack.
