Astro Mixamp: Mixamp pro audio jack replacement

Hello, I have a Mixamp Pro from Astro. I believe the audio jack is unfortunately no good as any movement headset side of the 3.5mm jack causes it to become disconnected. I have also had to replace three headsets as the right ear keeps dying (different brands).

How could I go about replacing the audio jack on the Mixamp itself? Or how could I go about buying a new audio jack.

Astro Mixamp: Optical outlet broken, how to repair?

The Optical outlet in the Mix amp has broken and when I attempt to plug the cord in from the PS4 into that, it will not sit flush, therefore will not work. It seems the plastic ring inside the device is broken (from my abuse) and will not work.

This is a Gen 1 Mix amp. I just need to know who can or how can I repair this?
