When I place the headset on the base, it doesn’t connect, charge, or get detected at all. I tried different USB ports, cables, and even resetting the base and headset, but nothing worked.

It seems like the base station is not communicating with the headset anymore. Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue or guide me to the correct replacement part or repair steps?
