Astro A40 Gen2: Is your sound volume/quality low?

When I turn the volume all the way up, I recognize that the speakers were not providing their full potential volume. The sound coming out of the speakers does get louder, however it still sounds as if you were far away from the speakers.

Astro A40 Gen2: Audio jack on the A40Mixamp is loose, works if I hold it down, HELP!

Hey guys,

I KNOW this has a solution, I just need to find one as the internet hasn't seen this one before. So I can hear audio perfectly fine, and I can hear my friends perfectly fine, but in order for people to be able to hear me I have to practically hold the wire down into the audio jack of the Mixamp. The moment my hands come off , my friends can no longer hear me. This is incredibly frustrating, as its the reason why I gave up on trying to fix it any way. They are so comfy, and before I consider buying a whole new mix amp for 140$... I would like to see if theres a screw I can tighten in order to make that hole a little tighter... or at least tight enough for voice to be able to go through without me having to be perfectly still and holding it down.
