“is there any way I can order a new plug for my jukebox (I will need the whole wire) and also the DC IN is missing the black round piece that holds the plug and the little screw (looks like a + sign) to the left of it - I'd also like to get a spare black round piece in case the ear falls out like the DC IN did since I am asking about this - is there also any way I can get the music I stored on this to transfer to 'todays' computers? they don't seem to recognize it :( I love my jukebox and am hoping I can enjoy my music without so much stress that it will fall apart on me - let me know, please - it's the Archos 5 Recorder 15 and is 15 years old since I bought it - thanks for any help”
