Apple TV 2nd Generation: I need to buy Apple TV 2nd generation LED

I live in Brazil and in a trip to USA I bought one Apple TV 2nd generation.

Unfortunately after a couple of weeks using and loving it, the LED burned out. One night before it was fine and I turned it off when I went to bed. Next morning the LED didn't came on anymore.

Apple doesn't sell Apple TV here, mostly because the iTunes Store in Brazil only have Apps, Podcasts and iTunes U. I talked to Apple Authorized Repair Centers but they don't have the parts or training for the Apple TV. They don't repair it.

I think I just need to buy the LED part and replace it. My Apple TV works fine and I even installed the latest firmware update.

My question is: Where can I get the part?

Apple TV 2nd Generation: Apple TV computers & settings screen only

Since Friday may 5th 2017 when I start Apple TV, the only screen that appears is the one for computers and settings. I've selected a wifi network, gave it a password, confirmed it, I even get a confirmation that I'm connected to the internet, but to no avail, I still get the same screen. I've tried to reboot (down and menu button), restart, reset. I have also disconnected and rebooted the router. Help! Thank you.

Apple TV 2nd Generation: Apple TV 2 LED lights up, but no video signal...?

So I've acquired an Apple TV 2nd Generation. As the title says, connecting it via HDMI produces no video signal.

I have attempted to put it in DFU and restore it through iTunes via the Micro-USB cable, and it seemed to turn out successful with no errors. (For some reason though, iTunes listed the Apple TV's serial number as "n/a").

After the restore, the same symptom remains. It just simply does not output via HDMI to the TV. I've even used the same power plug and HDMI cable connected to an Apple TV (3rd Gen) that I already have -- still nothing!

I've tried doing the reboot through the remote (Menu+Down), forcing it into recovery mode (Menu+Play), and forced the resolution to change (Menu+Up). Blankety Blank.

Is the logic board pooched? Is there any hope left for this little Apple box?
