Apple Pro Display XDR: How to fix and/or replace cracked glass?

I have a crack in the glass above the display / LED layers that’s propagating throughout the length of the screen. This display itself still works fine. Curious if any one knows how to replace the glass on top.

Apple Pro Display XDR: XDR display stopped working after I plugged it into UPS

I think the UPS was low voltage so the display didn’t work but after that, even connecting to the power directly, XDR display is not working. Sometimes I see it working for one second and then turn off. Doesn’t look like it’s completely fried but can’t seem to get it working. Any ideas?
